Google Pay is compatible with banks that support BHIM-UPI. There are a few steps that you can follow to update your UPI PIN with Google Pay.

Your UPI PIN number is the number that you use to add a payment account or perform a transaction using Google Pay.

You will be asked to create a UPI PIN when you add a bank account to Google Pay. You can use the same UPI PIN that you used to create a UPI PIN in Google Pay if you have one for your bank account.

Step 7: Create a brand new UPI PIN.

Step 8: Next, enter the UPI PIN once more.

Remember that you may not be able to change or reset your Google Pay UPI PIN for 24hrs if you have entered the wrong UPI number more than three times. This time, you won’t have the ability to send or receive any money.

Even Google Pay UPI PIN can be reset. To reset your UPI PIN, you’ll need to have your debit card details.

Step 1: Open Google Pay from your device.

Step 2: Tap your photo in the top left.

Step 4: Select the bank account that you wish to modify from the list of options.

Step 5: Next, tap Forgot your UPI PIN.

Step 6: Enter 6 digits from your debit card number, and the expiry date.

Step 7: Create a new UPI PIN.

Step 8: Enter the OTP that you received by SMS.

You can send and receive money using the Google app. To make payments, you just need to enter the amount. Even if the receiver does not have Google Pay, this app works.
